"Classical" piano improvisations
on: February 10, 2012, 04:10:51 PM
Hello!

I would like to share some improvisations I have been recording for fun in-between practice sessions. They are based on known classical piano works, most of which I actually don't play.

I'm attaching a few recordings:

1 - Improvising on two themes of Brahms Op.116
2 - Impromptu variations on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
3 -Improvisation on Bach's first Inventio
4 - A Brahms/Liszt sort of improvisation on a theme of Brahms second sonata.

Hope you enjoy those recordings, I actually have a good number of them :). Unfortunately, they were recorded on a digital piano (I do this very late at night), but high-quality samples were used.
