Chopin Opus 35, 3rd movement Marche Funebre

I am having problems with measure 18, reaching chord F-A-C-A. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Stephen

I usually play this as a broken chord or an arpeggio. No way I can reach those notes otherwise.

I meant to say that you roll the notes upward using the pedal to tie them together.
