Of course if you looked further on your link to PWM you would have seen that, despite offering a price, it is unavailable from them.

It is still worth an e mail to them. What they say is unavailable is not always unavailable, as they sometimes offer a print on demand service.

Or, they did when I wanted some obscure concertos a couple of years back.
