Like most things Polish old chap, it can be ordered direct from the PWM.

Definately still in print as they quote a price.

I have dealt with these people many times and they offer an excellent service.

Of course if you looked further on your link to PWM you would have seen that, despite offering a price, it is unavailable from them.

It is still worth an e mail to them. What they say is unavailable is not always unavailable, as they sometimes offer a print on demand service.

Or, they did when I wanted some obscure concertos a couple of years back.
