Do you know of any series of sight reading books? 

Like one of those volumes of vooks that has like 12 or 13 levels?

It doesn't have to be a sight-reading book, but something like the following book: A Debut for You.

Live large, die large.  Leave a giant coffin.

consider checking out "super sight reading secrets" - not exactly what you're looking for but it'll will actually teach you the skills and explain things instead of just giving you a bit to read each day.
