Have you checked and get the piano pieces from the publisher Alfred Music Publishing?

What do you think about this publisher?

Do those books give a clear explanation of how to play the pieces?

i think as far a student scores they are generally very good, but also they have different editors so it also depends on what the work is, and who edited it but the masterworks student editions (believe maurice hinson is on many of those publications) are very good with suggested fingerings, trill illustrations, remarks, etc.
