Popular piano pieces

Hello all,

I am compiling a book of the most popular piano/keyboard pieces from 1850 and before.  Nothing after 1850 for this particular book.  I will be getting into that later.  So from the Baroque, Classical and early Romantic periods.

I am coming to you folks for suggestions on which pieces you would like to see in this type of book.  Popular meaning - Fur Elise, Moonlight, etc...

Please list as many as you can think of.  They can be whole pieces or just movements.  Be specific with the name/number of the piece, movement and the composer.
