not harping on you as i'm happy to help find something that is public domain and out of print and cant prolly be bought easily but i do sometimes wonder (generally not neccessarily just here in this case) if anyone bothers google searching first before posting.

i just spent all but 15 seconds and this link to someone's scribd came up (i also could not find that it is in print or for sale by anyone so it is the only reason i provide this link. you usually have to be signed up to download but you can still view the file if you just want to analyze follow along w a recording etc without downloading)

you're super welcome. again don't take it the wrong way, sometimes search results are iffy sometimes just the right combination of words needs to be used, etc.  was more a general rant. my bad. i'm just cranky today. i need some catch up sleep. don't mind me.
