Another Un Sospiro question

I am having trouble with this bit:

I don't know the fingering but most importantly which hand goes where.

In the top staff, play those melody notes having rests under them with the left hand crossed over, other melody notes with the right hand.

In the accompanying figures, play those groups having stems down with the left hand and those with stems up with the right hand.

It should be:

In the TOP melody staff: stems down are in the left hand and the stems up are in the right hand.

The middle staff is the right hand.

The bottom staff is the left hand.

I love this song.  I swear, people just orgasm when they hear it.  The melody is so nice.  (I am not that great of a pianist, so please don't think I'm being cocky.  Haha.  I'm merely stating that the melody is so romantic).

I performed it last semester.  People love to watch all the movement you have to do!  I still get requests for it.  I'm getting a bit rusty on some of it though.

You could do 5 4 2 1 or 5 5 2 1.  Hold the bottom note with the pedal--it's "sempre pedale"--and move your hand up to play the next three notes.   My professor recommended a bit of an accent on each lowest note in the arpegios.

Ooh I see,

I was approaching it as if it was the same technique as the first bit, but Having to take my little finger off the bottom note as to reach the others adds a different  dimension to it.

/Not to mention harder  :'(

Yes, the first note in the arpeggios should be a bit heavier so that the key changes are apperant.  Also, you may want to make a slight hesitation after those low bass notes and enjoy the sonorities.  Not a huge hesitation, but in this section it shouldn't be perfectly metronomic either -- smooth, articulate and expressive, moving forward so we stay interested, but it's ok to take a split second to enjoy the bass notes (provided you pick up the slack with the remaining arpeggiated notes).
