I think this type of music, concerned with stasis and serenity, has enormous therapeutic potential, Edward, and I applaud your continuing to create it regardless of opinion. There is far too much pushing, shoving and competing in the world without turning music into a mass of neurotic angst. The Australian composer, Margaret Brandman, who visited me a few years ago and played my piano, is very involved in the healing effects of music, especially improvisation. She is easily found on the Internet and I am sure she would be most interested in your playing.
