Yamaha in the UK no longer do in house service or repairs or have engineering facilities in house. If your Clavinova is under warranty then of course you can call them as normal to arrange having that repaired.

07908870199 as I was one of the 2 last engineers working for Yamaha in the UK and have done the most call-outs and warranty repairs in the UK outside of Greater London this year. I work freelance and cover many keyboard and Clavinova models as well as previously having been the resident expert on Tyros hardware and many upper end PSR models such as the PSR’s series of keyboards.
For operational support rather than faulty hardware you can still speak to Steve or Dusty at Yamaha direct.
