Prelude 1 in C major from WTC 1 is pretty easy.

His Minuets are also pretty easy. You can usually find them in beginning Piano Literature books.

There is no easy Bach! Look at the dance pieces from various books. You are stepping into the world of two part playing.....and learning independance for each hand. if you can record, do each hand alone.....then play the other hand with it......you will always hear the other part and how they fit together. Have fun! Also look at the other composers of the Baroque period.

The only way Bach gets "easy"-er is to play lots of it. Consistently. Start w was was suggested ie smaller or shorter works ie Anna Magdalena notebook etc the the short preludes eventually the inventions then sinfonias the wtc
maybe start here, nice book, site has some audio samples too

I've read somewhere in the forum that a suggested way for progressing with Bach is...
1. Notebook for ana magdalena bach
2. Two-part inventions
3. Three-part inventions (sinfonias)
4. French Suites
5. English Suites
6. Partitas
7. Well-Tempered Clavier
8. Goldberg Variations
...or something like that... Note that movements from the suites and partitas vary greatly... For example the prelude from partita 1 is Grade 8 (ABRSM) and Menuets I & II are Grade 5 (ABRSM)... Just pick the movements you like and within your capabilities. In my opinion, you could play the short/little preludes when you have already started with the two-voiced inventions.
good luck.
EDIT: If you like Bach, you might also like Scarlatti's sonatas, many of which are in the intermediate level, also Baroque. They are ranked by difficulty in this thread:
