Help figuring out a piano piece!

Hello there,
I am a studio engineer working with a client. I have been asked to recreate the piano played in this cover, the problem is however I am no expert in piano. I do play guitar and I can figure out the basic chord structure (for example it starts on G#m).
If possible, could someone have a listen through for me, and jot down the chords she is playing throughout the song. It is really a beautiful cover so it won't be too hard on the ears. It will be a great help to me if someone could find the time to do this.
