I'm sure there is stuff much more puzzling than this but still, its weird...

In this particular piece some notes in the bass clef are played at the same time as those noted in the tremble clef, then how should I play them? with my right hand or left? Should I break the time noted in the tremble clef to play the one noted in the bass clef? Why were these notes put in the same place at the same time in the first place, anyways?

Can I clarify - do you mean the E in Bar 37 (and the D in bar 38) held in the RH and played midstream by the left?

If so, you do break it and play it again, but then keep it held again.
