Has anyone heard of the competition in FYR Macedonia in December?

I know that mrs.Diane Andersen from Belgium is one of the judges (I had the honor to be in one of her master-classes)
so-the competition is in december in fyr macedonia and it is a balcan competition i think,but if anyone has more information,please post here!
