Sometimes I see a middle C on both the G and F clef

Ive seen it two times now. I just played it with either hand ofc but its kinda confusing. Grateful for clarification.

It's perfectly normal.  At this stage, you generally play the bass clef C with your left hand and the treble clef C with your right. You may also encounter D or E in the bass clef or B or A in the treble. Same approach.

Thanks but I dont think I was clear enough. It says to play the middle C on both the G and F clef at the same time.

While the piano is one instrument, it is often used to express music as if played by two  or more instruments.. As if each of your hands are singers, separate people that can sing the same note at the same time..

The lines of each hand may sometimes collide like this, it's done that way so you can see the musical idea of the whole phrase for each hand as a separate idea.

Physically you can play it with whichever hand suits you best for how you want the music to sound and what is comfortable.
