The Waltz of the Flowers snippet, Tchaikovsky, around 2:30+ on that video, is out there somewhere.
If you can find it, just transcribe it yourself. You learn a lot about it that way.
You could track it back to the source and then see if they released any music for it. Or contact that source and ask.

For me alone, I can't do how to turn that song into sheet music as I am still a newbie in playing piano. Just need to finish my custom written essays first.
