I'm considering buying a piano. Which one of these would you prefer and why?

There is undoubtedly a size and model from each brand that I wouldn't turn down and would fit in my living room nicely, I might add !
Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.

Rolls Royce is really my preference...
