According to the title of the video, it seems to be a fugue by Jeremiah Bornfield. I'm not sure wha the question is  :-\

Oh I'm sorry. I thought the piece was just an improvisation of one of Bach's fugues, so I was wondering which one. It definitely sounds Bach like.

The question: Which Bach piece is this? Or is it not?

Meh, in 10 years I'll perform it, so oh well=p.

Sorry - evidently I missed it. I haven't done any of the chamber concerti. I don't have my own string section, and they just don't seem right without one.
