Any Military Veterans?
on: December 29, 2012, 10:44:04 PM
Hello! After a 6 year gap from playing piano, I have decided to get back into the swing of things. So after breaking out a new digital piano, and some books, I got online and started thumbing around on pianostreet again.

For the last 4 years I've been on active duty in the US Navy, about to be dischraged actually in a few weeks. Did two deployments. One of them took me literally around the world, from Seattle to Virginia. Saw lots of interesting stuff and had quite an experience, some of good, some of it bad. Anyways.. Any one else here that's done time in the service?

Yes,  I was in the Navy from 1961 to 1967 and was stationed on a DDG out of Charleston, SC.
