im sure people do. in fact i am certain of it, being that the composer is alive, his work is copyright protected and being published and in print.
most likely went through something like this to get it

in fact im rather surprised how inexpensive it is.
also many university libraries have them (i.e. music school scores)

Thank you, I know, but let me clarify-does anyone have a PDF of the score so I can look at it?

Even if anyone did, it would be a breach of PS terms to post it (and a breach of copyright as well).
I have the hardcopy. If you have any particular questions, I may be able to answer.

i figured which is why i also posted the worldcat entires in case you needed to see a copy you can have circulation services for your school or municipal library work to see if they are able to get it via interlibrary lending services (usually pretty easy as long as the institutions w the article of interest do not have it on permanent reserve or something like that).
but yeah as j_menz stated , he just got this not too long ago and has generously offered his help to you should you have any simple questions about the score (i say simple since by this medium im afraid that's what you'll be limited to unless you get get a copy on loan per the above suggestion).
