generally you will not get the answeres you really want or need with these types of questions and requests, it is far too subjective as one pianists 'easy' might be another student's 'moderately difficult'.
it is also very seldom the best way to go about choosing repertoire, it is best to simply take scores and look them over and scan for techinical and musical features, identify those you know you can executue and perhaps that you can but with lots of work, then read the score, listen to a good recording (see the yt channel for the link i provided it is a very good pedagogy project with find examples of many pieces in the teaching repertoire).
after you have made those assessments you can then decide if you are able to work the music or if you are able to put in enough work to get through a piece to a satisfactory standard, or if you really are not ready (usually it becomes apparent if after several weeks of dedicated effort you are really not making any progress or cant make sense musically of what is going on), then you can just put it down for the time being and move on.
