Scherzo 3 coda vs. Ballade 1 coda
on: January 16, 2013, 06:44:06 PM
These are both obviously very difficult pieces but which of their codas do you think is more difficult?

Just the codas?

These threads are getting sillier and sillier. We'll be being asked to rank individual bars next.

I'm really trying to limit my number of useless posts after the 'the89thkey incident', but I don't think I can hold back.

j_menz, you'll need this. Here.

Difficult? I have no idea what you are talking about. I've witnessed both pieces played quite well by 9-year olds here in Moscow, and they gave the impression there was nothing to it. Perhaps you want me to ask them which one they found easiest? ;D

I'd say the Ballade coda over the Scherzo.  Though, I'm not completely sure.

Why you compare Scherzo 3 to Ballade 1? Again, this is comparing apples to oranges. Both of them are close in difficulty; again it depends on the player you are.

Will you kindly stop resurrecting long dead threads to say something pointless?  >:(
