I have no idea what's popular or not, but have you heard Selim Palmgren?

Gabriel Fauré is usually considered an impressionist composer. One of the greats, he wrote a lot of gorgeous vocal and chamber music, and his piano music is also now being recognized more.

Other than that, just look for French pianists around the turn of the 20th century -- D'Indy? Canteloube? Some might say Puccini is also an impressionist.

You also might like some of the composers in the Spanish/Portuguese/Brazilian tradition, Albeniz, Granados, de Falla, Villa-Lobos.

Satie I would describe as more of a post-impressionist, if that means anything.

Otto Rhespighi, some Jacques Ibert?

Also, some Alkan is quite impressionistic and his work was studied by both Debussy and Ravel. Have a look at the Preludes or the Esquises.
