Post your funny music jokes--I need some new material!
on: January 31, 2013, 11:47:41 PM
My jokes are getting old but I will share them anyway...

Beginning students

What was Beethoven doing in the graveyard
                He was decomposing
yuk yuk

Intermediate students

Why couldn't Beethoven find his teacher

                  because he was Haydn

...from music school

How many piano majors does it take to change a lightbulb?

at least 100.   1 to change the lightbulb and 99 to say  "awww man!  I could do THAT!

...grad school

Question for the philisophical musical accoustics teacher

If my husband makes a sound in the forest and there is no one there to hear it...is he still WRONG?!!

and thanks folks!  paddle home safely...

don't complain about my corny jokes unless you can do better... 8)

This works a lot better in person..

Beethoven says to his beloved, "you are the most important person in my life, without you I could not compose - I would be nothing - you are my one and only muse"

..she replies - "oh don't make me laugh, Ha ha ha ha"

don't feel so bad.. I had assumed that you would probably figure it out.. (and others, I'm not singling anyone out as musically illiterate.. ) but I have used that more than once before and had it go straight over peoples heads even in person.

maybe I'll edit it out and see if anyone asks why its funny.

No doubt you all know why the square grand went out of style.

You couldn't play psychedelic music on it!
