I always use Koss PortaPro headphones. They are rather cheap, lightweight and very good especially concerning the price. I also use these headphones for my computer etcetera.

Of course there must be even better headphones that are much more expensive, but hey, good is sometimes enough.

Depends on what you want to do. If you are interested in some monitor quality headphones without spending $300 US, have a look at these : https://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-M50-Professional-Monitor-Headphones/dp/B000ULAP4U/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1360230646&sr=8-2&keywords=audio+technica+M45

I don't think you will need any amp. Unless I am mistaken,  that keyboard has no other speaker out port than the headphone jack, so unless you use a splitter to go off to studio monitors and the headphones together you are free to just crank up the sound at the piano. You shouldn't need the boost or control features of an amp. You want to hear what the piano is producing directly, which is the purpose of this style headphone monitor..

This is  just one suggestion , there are many others to choose from ! I've tried out many headphone sets and it seems when you hit that $100 mark on up there is a noticable difference in clarity and sound distinction. Whether that is worth the cost to you is another matter. You can get some pretty nice headphones in the $70 US range too.
Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.

These are $80 US, they have a little range boost in them so not quite as what you see is what you get as the others I mentioned. https://www.zzounds.com/item--AUTATHM40FS

Also have a look at these: https://reviews.cnet.com/headphones/koss-prodj100-black/4505-7877_7-34148157.html

If you could find a store to try them all on at is your best bet though. I was convinced that by specification a certain pair was perfect for me ( non of the ones listed above) and when I got to try them on they were not comfortable on my ears at all. The sound was fine but the comfort lousy.
