I agree with the above suggestions, and also suggest to play it slower.
Play it faster if you are capable...after the musical fill before your ending make sure to take the decrescendo and ritardando seriously. Listen to Rubinstein play it on youtube and how he accentuates the right hand...try to get similar to that because he does it right...im not saying copy or mimic rubinsteins interpretation but that's how it should be played.
I doesn't need to be played faster; Chopin marked it as Largo. Personally I don't like Rubinstein's version, although it is personal preference.
