Piano piece from 1967 Forsyte Saga?

Anyone might be able to help identify this beautiful piece of music
from BBC's 1967 adaptation of "Forsyte Saga"?
The piece is From minute 26 to 28 in the link below.
from 26:45 to 28:00 to be exact.
