Tailleferre Piano Concerto
on: March 09, 2013, 08:59:37 PM
Hello,
I'd be really grateful for the score (two pianos, though full score will do) of Germaine Tailleferre's Piano Concerto no. 1. Her scores seem to be hard to find!
Best regards, Dr

Isn't it only the transcription of Adagio for violin and piano?

The 2 piano score was posted on pianophilia a couple of years ago as in some countries it is public domain.
No doubt you will get it there via a search.

“Piano Dreams” - Exploring the Chinese Piano Explosion
The motivations for learning the piano are diverse, ranging from personal enjoyment to cultural appreciation and professional aspirations. While some see it as a way to connect with cultural heritage, others pursue it as a path to fame and fortune. In the movie “Piano Dreams” director Gary Lennon documents the struggles and sacrifices of three wannabe piano stars in modern China.
