You should also be sure to listen to the Violin Concerto, the symphonies, Fidelio (and it's various overtures), Wellington's Victory, the Piano Trios, the String Quartets and the Triple Concerto.
To play, don't neglect the Bagatelles or the Variations - especially Op 126 and the Eroica and Diabelli, though leave the Diabelli until the very end - no-one is ready for it!
You might also like to look at the Liszt transcriptions of the Symphonies and, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, the Tausig transcriptions from the String Quartets.
