Thank you,
I really enjoyed your playing, very sensitive it reminded me of Brendel.

Best wishes

One of the few sensible things Percy Scholes said in the older Oxford Companion to Music was that Schubert, in his short life, left us more beautiful music than the world will ever have time to know. I prefer your approach, of gentle but clear and powerful understatement, to many versions I have heard. It is one of two pieces my wife wants played at her funeral, the other being David Thomas Roberts' "For Kansas City".

Playing like this makes me regret my lack of classical training.

Beautifully controlled melodic line and nice piano sound. I like your approach too, as ted says, one of introversion but getting the points across simply and effectively.

Bravo ! Very good.

Meticulously prepared and played in a balanced and controlled manner. Beautiful line of melody.
Very nice to listen to from beginning to end.

Thanks for sharing.

P.S.: For the moment being, please excuse me for refraining from replying on the other forum. Things have gotten out of hand there. Threads are often hijacked and criticisms seem to be made just for the sake of criticizing.

Thanks for the encouraging comments, ronde and hakki! Of course, there's more work to do, especially on the accompaniment... But first, off to #4 :)
