Glenn Gould doesn't fascinate?

Whatever interest I have in Gould, a slowed down snippet of his hands from above frankly is of no interest. You'll be giving us a close up of his foot on the pedals nex.

Rubbish. My interest is in what he does musically. I don't always like it, but it is always interesting.

How he moves his hands, however, alongside various other things he did or didn't do, doesn't fall within my interest.

Please tell what should we learn from this:
Position playing?
Legato vs nonlegato articulation?
Economy of movement?
Or hands very clean because G.G. soaked them 20 minutes in very hot water before playing?

We're dealing more with fingers here.  People have written books about that.

In other topic in student's forum you say we should not "invent schemes for action"; just do nothing, listen and let body decide. What is function of this video then?
No amount of how-to information is going to work if you have the wrong mindset, the wrong guiding philosophies. Avoid losers like the plague, and gather with and learn from winners only.
