finale PrintMusic Question
on: April 12, 2013, 01:45:06 PM
After using Finale 2001 on an old Mac, I have just downloaded the trial version of PrintMusic to a Windows 7 laptop.

In Finale, there are "layers" for entering different rhythmic values in the same bar on the same staff, e.g., in 3/4, treble clef, an F half note and G quarter note simultaneously with a D quarter, C quarter and 2 Bb 8th notes.

How would I accomplish the same thing in PrintMusic?

Thanks in advance!

As it turns out, PrintMusic also has layers. There are 4 small numbered but unnamed boxes on the bottom left of the screen. These four boxes are the layer buttons, and they do exactly what I need them to do.  ;D
