How to find the chords in a song

I'm trying to find the chords used in this song but i don't know how to begin i know the song is either in B Flat major or G minor but I don't know how to find the chords used or the scale it's in.I'm new to studying music theory and any help will be appreciated thanks.

You're close. B-flat and G-minor are related.

Simplest way: when piece ends does it sound happy or sad?

Another way: Do you find a D-major chord anywhere in it? D + F# + A? Or something near that? Then it's in G-minor.

Otherwise, somewhere in it you will find an E-flat chord: E-flat + G + B-flat. Of so then it is in the key for B-flat.

These are kind of over-simplified tests but will be accurate for simple short pieces.

B-flat is the relative major of G-Minor and vice versa. In sheet music both have the same key signatures: two flats: B-flat and E-flat.
