chord progression problem

hi
I`m doing chord progression excercise in C major I_IV_V. HS is ok but when HT it is more complex. because I dont know where should I look? LH RH both of them or non of them.any help is appreciated

Feeling the chords under your hands is important. As you work on this try to get the feeling into your hands of these chord positions. You will have to do some looking at first of course.
Don't stop there, also work on blocking say the right hand and arpeggiating the left and vice versa. Also try to get so you recognize these patterns in actual music, because you can work on excercises for the rest of your life but it's in the music where it counts !
It all comes with time, don't give up !
