The Quiet Revolutionary of the Piano – Fauré’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

Canon in D fingering problem
on: April 19, 2013, 06:35:12 PM
I'm playing this piano arrangement of the Canon in D: https://conquest.imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/8/8b/IMSLP09320-Pachelbel_kanon_e.pdf

and I'm a bit puzzled about a chord in bar 14 which I've marked with a star in the attached graphic. It looks as though the A is intended to be played with the left hand, but I've got pretty big hands and I can't make the stretch up from low D! I can't reach down with the right hand from the high D either. Am I just misreading this or is there another way to play it? (With the nose?)
