Who was Maria Magdalena Keverich? Justyna Krzyżanowska? Maria Anna Lagar? Victorine Manoury?

And why might we think of them on this coming Sunday, May 12?

Proof that the fruit sometimes falls far from the tree?

And why might we think of them on this coming Sunday, May 12?

I've already sent my cards.

EDIT: Curiously, I can neither think of, nor find, any piece dedicated to any of them. Alexandra Karlovna was it appears luckier in that regard.

Apparently three of them shared, apart from the obvioous connection, a pretty dubious taste in bonnets:

Odd one out?

Note that Victorine de Bussy nee Manoury is NOT wearing a bonnet! Of the four, as best I can tell, she was the worst mother. She slapped her kids frequently and was more than happy to ship all five off permanently, letting Manuel de Bussy's sister raise them in Cannes.
