I doubt there are many.  But I did see one magazine at the bookstore once.  I think it was Pianist magazine or something.  Daniel Barenboim was interviewed in it that issue.

Keyboard is very good.

The pianist is excellent, but is only if you want to get your hands on some great sheetmusic. Comes with a CD for every piece. There are some great articles, but for the price is high if you are not interested in the sheetmusic

Yes, I like "Pianist" too, especially on account of the CD of easy pieces - it is very difficult to find easy pieces recorded.

There are two things I dislike though: They often give simplified pieces on the beginer section - I would rather they would give original beginner pieces - there are plenty of those (in one issue, they even had a facilitated version of Fur Elise! >:()

And they do not realise ornaments. Since one of the main aims of the magazine is didactical, I would really like to see the ornaments realised plus a discussionof why they did that particular realisation (on the CD the ornaments are played).

Best wishes,
Bernhard.

"Clavier" is a great magazine, mainly for music edcation!  Do they still publish that?  I subscribed to it back in college.

I looked up Clavier on Amazon and found that it's $17 there for a years subscription with Clavier Piano Explorer being $8 a year.  That's a pretty good bargain, even if it is probably a very thin magazine.  I might subscribe! :D

There are a few other magazines listed there that seem interesting when searched for "piano" in the magazines catagory.  Some of them seem pretty expensive though.
