Possibly - I can remember the chord progression of almost any song I've heard.

As for the words??? Couldn't remember a bit of them. I remember singing the words to Slim-shady on repeat for a good month while it was on the radio back in 2000, and because it was repeated so often it was easy enough to remember. Now? Couldn't remember the beginning of the verses.

I wouldn't say underdeveloped however - I have flaws like everyone else, it's just my musical memory for notes is just far better.
