Variations on different styles
on: May 24, 2013, 09:00:03 AM
Hello! Do you know of any variations on different musical styles or different composers apart from those:
Mason's Variations on Yankee Doodle in the style of 6 composers for piano
Moszkowski's Variations in the style of 8 composers for piano
Johnson's Happy Birthday Variations for piano
Heidrich's Happy Birthday Variations for string quartet
Borge's Happy Birthday Variations in the style of many composers for piano
(many happy birthday variations as you can see!)
Thanks in advance,
Jim

Siegfried Ochs did a set on a german folk tune.
Score here.
For some reason this is the orchestral version, but the score is clearly piano.
