Some piano solo recordings
on: October 30, 2004, 09:33:38 PM
Yesterday, I had the chance to record some of the piano stuff I'm working on at the moment. The sound quality is far from perfect, but it's okay to listen to, I think. I would really like to get some feedback for these recordings, as I'm going to play them in an audition in London in December. I know that the performances are far from perfect (I played much worse just because I knew that it was getting recorded, and was unhappy with several performances which I didn't want to upload), so please let me know what you think I should impove and how I should practice.

Here's the link: www.angelfire.com/music6/pianostuff17

The pieces uploaded are:

* Rachmaninovs second piano concert, first movement (without second piano, I played most "orchestra-only" parts a vista. There are some interruptions because of page-turning)

* Chopins 3rd ballade in Ab-major.

* Bachs prelude & fugue in c-minor, WTC1

Again... Unfortenately, all of the pieces have some mistakes just because I knew it was getting recorded. I wouldn't do those mistakes playing for myself.

Had to upload the files on another site instead, because it didn't seem to work with streamload. The new link is: https://www.angelfire.com/music6/pianostuff17/
