Albeniz's Caapricho Catalan should NOT be 8+! It should be 4-!

Also, a lot of Bach should not be 8+! Are Gigues seriously that hard? Is the Art of Fugue nearly as complex as the Old Testament, the WTC?

What are these numbers?  Music involves a lot of numbers, frequency, overtones, metronom marking, but the titles don't involve numbers.  Who assigned these numbers? Sheet music I buy has a five to 8 digit number on them, the stock number, but not a one digit number. 
And what does JS Bach have to do with Espana? He wrote one piece of Spanish origin IMHO, Passacaglia & Fugue in C min. JS Bach is the most non-Spanish composer I can think of.
