For the love of Jesus I find it so annoying to practice Variation 2 in the K331. Here is the passage:

The trills bug me so much, because they don't line up with the bass line, making it ridiculously hard for me to practice slowly. I like to practice my trills slowly and line them up with the baseline.

And it happens again, if you look at the descending notes on the last part of bar 1 it's like this:
F E D C B

A   D   EG <- bassline

If played with correct timing, then the baseline does not follow a natural progression, hence there is no way I can play it slowly.

So either I got my music notation wrong or I'll just have to suck it up and live with the fact that these notes don't line up.

The last note is 3 against 4. Normally how execute triplet against a semiquaver. That's all it is.  ;D

Perfection itself is imperfection.

If you have a teacher, ask him or her to explain.

Otherwise (and possibly as well) do a search for "polyrhythms" on the forum - there's lots of good advice to be had.

Hey Terda12,

I just played it in my head, in Bar 2 the triills section RH "d" ( the trill) played with LH "b" and rh C played just after LH d(2nd note), last rh d played just after lh E.

I hope this helps.

You need to play slower to controll the notes, if not, it may sound untidy or so called rhythemic error. ;)
