Similarities in Hungarian rhapsody no.19 and brahms

Has anyone noticed how similar the frisks section in hungarian rhapsody no.19 in d minor and Brahms hungarian rhapsody no.5

Take a listen and let me know if you don't hear it. Also with no.4 as well.
