It doesn't have an Op number, but is listed in the Tematický katalog skladeb Bedřicha Smetany (Thematic Catalogue of Works by Bedřich Smetana) by Jiří Berkovec (Prague, 1999) as JB 1:62.

I believe it's the last in this volume:

Though can't absolutely confirm it.  It's cheaper on the publisher's website, with a contents list (that's unhelpful on this particular one). You may want to contact them for confirmation it's the right one.

(scroll down just past halfway).

It doesn't seem to be available free online.

Good to see Bedrich is getting some love.  :D

Thanks a lot. I can't find it free on line. What a pity, because it's really beautiful!

Cheapest I can find is a digital download:

Something of a rip off, IMO,  but....

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow. All of these scores (220 pieces in total) can now be found on Piano Street’s Scriabin page. Read more
