RCM Grade 10 / ABRSM Grade 8 Repertoire?
on: August 21, 2013, 04:01:52 AM
Any suggestions on lesser known works that are still enjoyable to study at this level? I just completed the technical half of the Grade 10 exam, I think it went fairly well. I am planning to perform these pieces in local and provincial music competitions next spring and sit the exam in June. Any ideas or personal favourites would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some syllabi of pieces for ABRSM Grade 8. I'd recommend Haydn's C sharp minor sonata and Mompou's first
Cancion y Danza
.
Hope this helps,
Carlos R.
