Mozart help for k310
on: August 23, 2013, 10:54:57 AM
the first movment of k310 is such a great piece! everything is going well except for my trills, for some reason I cannot seem to get them up to speed so Im hoping someone can inlighten me on the rite fingering.  for example like on bar 42 I start with 4th finger on A flat going 4,3,4,3,4,3,2,3 and finish on 5 on C flat, I know that its really hard to make fast trills with fingers 4 and 3 together so what would your fingering or suggestion be for this specific section ? is there any other fingering or are my finger just too slow? thanks in advance :)

Why are you using those fingers. Just switch to your best trilling fingers and go with them. And remember that Mozartian trills are supposed to be more graceful than fast, so don't rush them.
