Ignaz Jan Paderewski Nocturne in B flat op 16 no 4
on: September 10, 2013, 04:11:10 PM
Has anyone successfully managed to work out how best to play this nocturne, which has been graded intermediate/advanced level? I understand that there is quite a bit of `hand sharing` between the melody and accompaniment, but the music score looks quite complicated and I am unsure of what is the best way to do this. It is very different from what I am used to playing.
There is a video on you-tube of this nocturne being played by Stephen Hough, which I have viewed many times because this nocturne has such a beautiful romantic melody.
