two versions of Schubert/Liszt standchen? which is for piano solo?

as you can see in this video, which includes sheet music. It has two versions of standchen.
so whats the difference?
is the second one a simplified version of the first, the original Liszt's arrangement?
which one should i play for piano solo?

most of the pianists play the simplified version except Rachmaninov

They're both by Liszt. The one below is marked "Ossia piu facile", which means, broadly, "easier alternative". Most concert pianists do the harder one, which has more depth to it.
You should do the one you are capable of.
