Where can I find analysis of works?

I'm starting back at music after 20 years absence.
I'll be going grade 8 ABSRM in 2 months and then onto the piano teaching diploma.
I'm immersing myself in recordings of music but what I'd love to find is some on-line resources to help me understand the music I'm listening to or playing. At most basic a guide to help me pick out the various instruments playing, the various themes, the forms of the music etc. Also where can I find discourse on the background/context of a piece.
Would love to find something similar and detailed for piano music I might be playing - analysis of the piece, also context and composers' motivation for the actual piece.
Hoping to find some great sites out there....

There isn't much out there right now, to be honest. I'm trying to fill that gap, though. It's obviously a huge project to do so, but something is in the works. In the meantime, you can visit the following YouTube channel for some analyses of Beethoven sonatas:
