Fingering for Debussy Prelude, book1. No 12, 'Minstrels'

HI all. I need help with the fingering in the r.h of bar 13 and 14 of 'Minstrels' by Debussy.  I just can seem to play these two bars legato and up to speed. Any advice would be gratefully received.
